The six-week course begins this Thursday, 13th May, between 2pm and 4pm for adults and from 4:30pm to 6:30pm for young people aged 12 to 16yrs. Wendy, who won funding to develop and deliver the course through the Vodafone Foundation's World of Difference Programme, is pleased to be able to offer the course, "Over the years I have been asked several times to deliver comedy workshops that help people with their personal or social skills; I just never had the time to respond properly to the requests. Now thanks to funding from the Vodafone Foundation and support from Aberdeen Arts Centre I've been able to drop everything else and get stuck into this project and I'm really looking forward to working with those who would like to explore & practice their confidence in a fun, creative & safe environment. . . So if your confidence is in need of a creative boost register for the course now by contacting Aberdeen Arts Centre on 01224 635208 or by emailing them at
